The Pencil Test Depot
This collection (which is ever-growing) of pencil tests was put together by animator Jamaal Bradley who writes:

Thanks for the link. I do love these pencil tests. There is something about seeing a rough pencil test before its cleaned and colored that is fascinating to watch.
