I think Milt Kahl's Pencil-Tests make every animator feel like a midget watching a giant. It has something unreachable to it. Phheeeww....frustrating and inspiring at the same time.

Ha! I remember when Milt did that scene. It got a big laugh then, and we're still laughing today. Plus, Milt seemed to knock this stuff out effortlessly.
