In the credits, the logo of TVP Animation 9.5 appears (like in most of these videos). This was also posted a couple of days ago in the tvp forum:

From the making-of videos I've seen I think most of these recent Gobelins films were animated traditionally with pencil on paper, then scanned in to TVP for coloring. However, TVP can also be used for paperless animation by drawing directly into TVP with a Wacom tablet.
